A registered dietitian (RD) is a licensed medical professional that can work alongside physicians, physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, coaches and more. RDs consider your unique needs by diving into health history, food preferences, dietary needs with your training goals in mind so you can perform at your best.

Whether your goal is a 5k, ultra-endurance race or anything in between, a sports RD can help! Meet Errin, our favorite sports RD. She is a local South Dakota runner on a mission to debunk nutrition myths and help runners fuel their body. Her philosophy is “Food is Fuel and so much more”.

Errin offers one-on-one nutrition consults or group coaching classes. She also released the Runner’s Fueling Guide which is a 38-page e-book consisting of your very own nutrition crash course, hydration recommendations, fueling strategies, and more!

Rebecca Holso

Coach Rebecca is a running coach born and raised in Rapid City and the Black Hills of South Dakota.  She believes in prioritizing self-care to ensure we can be at our best.  Rebecca has completed races from 5k to ultra-distance, qualifying for Chicago along with Boston twice, while maintaining a work and family balance.  She is committed to building a strong individualized plan, that is goal oriented, and flexible with everyday life to help you achieve your running goals.  Rebecca is a UESCA and RRCA certified running coach, race co-director/owner with Dakota Spirit and Leading Ladies Races, and coach with Team RunRun:

Coach Elaina Raponi specializes in working with runners on the roads from the 5k up to the marathon, whether you’re aiming for your first road 5k race, or trying to nab that elusive BQ. Incorporating cross-training, mobility, fueling and stretching, Elaina creates a completely personalized approach to training to help keep runners accountable, healthy and motivated.

Kyle Kranz

Coach Kyle is a running coach based out of Rapid City, South Dakota. He has qualified for Boston twice at the Sundance to Spearfish Marathon with two sub3-hour finishes. He enjoys helping runners all over the world dial in their running, nutrition, and strength training, sprinkling in some meditation and mindfulness, and bringing it all together with great accountability and motivation. He works closely and actively with the Black Hills Running Club attending and volunteering at events throughout the year. When he's not out running or coaching you'll find him in the kitchen testing out new recipes for a future cookbook, walking with his dog Banjo and wife Desi, and loving being a father of little Quincy.
